Men’s insulated winter vest designed for protection and comfort in cold conditions. It features a high collar, an extended back for additional coverage and a front fastening with plastic press studs. The design includes two large multifunctional front pockets and two multifunctional chest pockets for practical storage during work.

Delivery

Delivery costs 40 MDL within the Chișinău municipality and 80 MDL throughout the rest of the Republic of Moldova.

For in-stock products that do not require personalisation or alterations, delivery takes 1-3 business days from order completion. For personalised, made-to-order, or supplier-preorder products, the delivery timeframe will be confirmed on request or after the order is completed.

Returns and Exchanges

Consumers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, email suport@ursu.md, then send or hand over the product within 14 days. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product.

Personalised products and unsealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons are not eligible for return, except where a product is defective, non-conforming, or delivered incorrectly. Products must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and retain their original labels.
